一、基本情况


刘立成,男,博士,教授、岳麓学者、博士生导师, 湖南省优秀青年基金获得者,澳门博士科技研发奖获得者,IEEE会员。近年来,在国际权威期刊和会议发表论文20多篇,其中IEEE Transactions论文9篇(第一作者和通讯作者8篇),中科院一区6篇,影响因子>10的论文5篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,2016年10月获得澳门博士科技研发奖(澳门优秀博士)。现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,湖南省优秀青年基金一项,湖南省自然科学基金青年项目一项,中央高校基本科研业务费一项,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目1项,科技部重点研发计划1项。
